Every time I get packs from here I always get hits ! Def one of my fav places to visit to get some loose packs or booster boxes ! The owner and the crew are cool, and honestly it’s inspired me to learn how to play pokemon/dbz, I’m purely a collector and everything i rip goes into the personal collection but def wanna learn to play the game

I am writing to express my disappointment with the customer service I recently experienced. I called regarding the early availability of the new FB10 Fusion World cards and was instructed to arrive after 2:30 PM. However, upon arrival, my friend and I were told to return the following day, and the owner made unprofessional remarks. Additionally, I recently purchased a booster box for $220, with loose packs priced at over $10 each from there. Given these experiences, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Incredibly unorganized store in terms of cards and display with a very narrow walkway. If you don’t know what you’re purchasing while there is a tournament or more than 3 other people purchasing you’re going to have to wait longer just to be able to search around for more products near the cashier. In terms as stated online that this store trades and purchases cards, they only do so for Magic cards. They don’t sell singles of other tcgs but had pokemon binders in the back, (maybe they only sell singles during tournaments). It doesn’t seem like they sell many sealed products and if so it’s a bit overpriced in comparison to Trainer Court in manhattan. No booster boxes and the ones they have on display have stickers of pack prices on them and seem to be deteriorated, speculation as to them refilling those boxes instead of replacing them with new ones is a bit of a shady sign. Neighborhood is horrible, expect a tense environment when stepping in.
